Before starting your trip, we answer common questions about the necessary equipment and the minimum experience required to drive in the desert.
Is previous experience necessary to drive a buggy?
No previous experience is necessary. On the contrary, our guides will provide you with full training; therefore, you will feel safe at the wheel. Additionally, the buggies are very intuitive.
What is the minimum age required to participate?
To drive a buggy, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a driver's license. Minors can participate as co-pilots accompanied by an adult. We have family buggies adapted to enjoy with the family in total safety.
What should I bring for the excursion?
We recommend comfortable clothing. Likewise, we provide a certified helmet and all the necessary equipment, in addition to bottled water. In conclusion, you only have to worry about enjoying yourself.
How can I book an excursion?
You can book through the contact form on our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during high season.

Which areas do the routes cover?
All our routes start from Merzouga and venture into Erg Chebbi, the impressive sea of dunes in the Sahara Desert. Depending on the chosen route, you can discover Berber villages, hidden oases, and rock formations.
How long do the excursions last?
We offer outings from 1 hour for a first contact, up to routes of 4 hours, half-day, full-day, and multi-day experiences with a night in the desert. Check our experiences section or ask us without obligation.

Is it safe to drive a buggy in the dunes?
Yes. Safety is our priority. All buggies undergo technical inspections and are equipped with harnesses, roll bars, and helmets. Additionally, you will always be accompanied by an expert guide who knows the terrain.
What happens if there is bad weather or a sandstorm?
In Merzouga, the weather is very stable. However, in the rare case of bad weather, we will notify you in advance. In the unlikely event of unsuitable conditions, we will inform you to reschedule the excursion or take a safe alternative route.
Do the excursions include insurance?
Yes, all excursions include civil liability insurance. We recommend taking out personal travel insurance with adventure coverage, especially if you are doing multi-day activities in Morocco.

How is the payment made?
We accept payment via BIZUM, bank transfer, or in cash (Moroccan Dirhams or Euros) at the time of the excursion. Contact us without obligation for more details.

You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less notice, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to find the best solution.
